Your Chance To Feature Your Business On TV. Yes, Really

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Yesterday, I had a phone call from a lady called Ellie Winstanley – she is a producer for a company called Fresh One Productions (which happens to be Jamie Oliver’s media production company).

She’d found Brummies Networking on the web, and wanted to get in touch as they’re in the process of producing a new TV programme that is small business oriented; and they would like people to nominate their companies/teams to be featured.
It would involve being followed round, kind of ‘fly on the wall’ style I imagine for around 6 days out of 14 sometime in January – so if you’re interested in being involved, the details of how to contact her directly are below.

They’re ideally looking for teams of around 7+ people, so if you think you fit the bill and would like your company featured on a major station TV programme, then contact her ASAP!

Her subsequent email to me:
Dear Richard,

Many thanks for your time just now, it was greatly appreciated. As I mentioned, I am a Casting Producer at Fresh One – an award winning TV production company. We’re looking for amazing British workplaces to take part in an observational programme for a major broadcaster, and I wanted to ask for your help to find them!

This is a new programme that celebrates British work places, for one of the UK’s biggest broadcasters. We want to observe and measure the everyday things that makes an office a great place to workand I was hoping that you could circulate the attached flyer to your contacts and I would absolutely love to hear recommendations.

We are specifically interested in getting in touch with SMEs – independently run companies with close-knit teams or departments who would love the chance to showcase their offices as part of the programme.

For your information, at Fresh One we make a range of programmes from flagship food series to in-depth factual documentaries and fantastic entertainment shows; we value content that is intelligent, honest and wherever possible, fun. Feel free to check out our website www.freshone.tv for clips and more information.

Kind Regards,

Ellie
