New Parking Regulations Coming To The Casino – Please Read
UPDATE – Tues 7th Feb 2017
After a slight delay getting the new parking system fully operational, I’m told that the number plate recognition process is now in effect.
If anyone is to park in the outside car parks then they will have an automatic number plate recognition when they enter into the car park. This is now in effect. In order to validate the parking they will need to enter their vehicle registration number onto the iPad at reception. If they fail to do this they will automatically get a fine so it is imperative that everyone does this.
Anyone parking inside or in the Cinema will not have to heed this as they will have a car parking ticket that we validate.
I’ve been made aware of new parking regulations coming to our venue, G Casino, in the near future.
The new system will involve having to input your car registration details when you arrive. I’m told there will be a machine to do this in the car park itself, as well as a machine in reception at the top of the stairs where you enter. It’s important you do this, as without, you could be liable for an automatic fine.
Apparently the new system won’t be in effect until the end of October (I checked this morning), so you should be fine as normal for next Tuesday’s meeting (11/10/16) – but please be aware of this ongoing from November onwards. I’ll keep people informed as best I can via the Brummies Twitter account, and on the email reminders.
Any questions, please speak to Sue Wright (our venue host) at the meeting next Tuesday, or ask at reception for more details.
I’ll update you with any more info as and when I have it.
